Refund of fees to the user is applicable only for orders that have been paid using the Online Payment Method and are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Mandatory cancellation of an order due to the user’s address being outside the delivery area of the ordered restaurant, limited to orders paid through the Online Payment Method.
  2. Mandatory cancellation of an order due to the failure to transmit the order to the relevant restaurant.
  3. Cancellation of an order upon user request in cases where the restaurant has not prepared the order, or despite the order being prepared, the restaurant has confirmed the cancellation.
  4. Partial or complete mandatory cancellation of an order due to the unavailability of the ordered items at the restaurant.
  5. Cancellation of an order after obtaining approval from the relevant restaurant, initiated due to dissatisfaction with the ordered product.
  6. In the event of a delay in the delivery of the ordered product, cancellation will occur based on approval from the relevant restaurant. If the restaurant has issued an invoice or receipt related to the order subject to cancellation and has delivered it to the user, the respective restaurant personnel must process the refund.
